Connect Slack

Send daily digests and critical alerts to the channel where you already work.

Slack alerts in 60 seconds

If you live in Slack, receive your daily digest and critical alerts in a Slack channel instead of, or as well as, email.

  1. 1Go to https://my.slack.com/services/new/incoming-webhook.
  2. 2Choose a Slack channel, such as #churn-alerts or #dropfix.
  3. 3Copy the webhook URL Slack generates.
  4. 4Go to DropFix -> Settings -> Integrations -> Slack.
  5. 5Paste the webhook URL and click Save.
  6. 6Click Test connection and confirm the message appears in Slack.

No app review, OAuth, or developer setup is needed. The webhook URL is stored encrypted in DropFix.
