Terms of Service

DropFix is a hosted service that helps SaaS founders detect at-risk users and draft win-back emails. The service includes:

• Behavioural signal detection and per-user health scoring
• AI-drafted win-back emails you approve before sending
• Daily digest, weekly founder summary, and Slack alerts
• Stripe, Gmail, and Slack integrations
• An SDK and CLI for embedding tracking into your product

To create an account you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have the legal capacity to agree to a contract
• Not be prohibited from using the service under applicable law
• Provide accurate registration information and keep it current

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials private and for everything that happens under your account.

3.1 Plans and billing

DropFix is offered as a free Starter 14-days trial and paid Growth ($49/mo) and Scale ($99/mo) tiers. Paid subscriptions bill monthly in advance. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

3.2 Upgrades and downgrades

You can switch plans any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

3.3 Cancellation

You can cancel any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We don't prorate refunds for partial months.

3.4 Price changes

We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice by email. Existing subscribers keep their current price for the rest of the billing period.

You agree NOT to use DropFix to:

• Send unsolicited bulk email or spam
• Collect data from people without proper consent
• Violate applicable laws or third-party rights
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to access systems or data you don't own
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the service without our written consent
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract data beyond normal API use

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

• The DropFix name, logo, branding, and all underlying software are ours.
• Content you put into DropFix (drafts, notes, settings) stays yours. You grant us a limited license to use that content to operate the service for you.
• AI-generated drafts created in your workspace are yours to use, edit, and send.

Your use of DropFix is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement. By using the service you consent to the data practices described there.

DropFix integrates with third-party services that you explicitly connect:

• Stripe— payment processing and billing-event sync. Stripe's own terms apply when you connect.
• Google (Gmail)— optional. When you connect Gmail, Google's terms apply.
• Slack— optional. When you connect Slack, Slack's terms apply.

We're not responsible for the practices, availability, or terms of these third-party services.

We work hard to keep DropFix available but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We may modify, add, or remove features and may schedule maintenance windows.

Disclaimer.THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED.

Limitation of liability. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DROPFIX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold DropFix harmless from claims arising out of:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your misuse of the service
• Your violation of any third-party right
• Your unlawful or fraudulent use of the service

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the service in a way that creates legal, security, or operational risk. On termination:

• Your right to use the service ends immediately
• We'll delete your data after a 30-day grace period
• Any unpaid fees remain due
• Sections that should survive termination (e.g. liability) survive

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved first through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, they'll be subject to binding arbitration or the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in India.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance by email. Your continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.

• Entire agreement. These Terms (plus the Privacy Policy and DPA) are the full agreement between you and DropFix.
• Severability. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
• Assignment.You can't transfer your account or these Terms without our written consent.
• Notices. We notify you by email at the address on file.
